Hana Rainforest Experience

Hana Rainforest Experience offers you a unique helicopter experience over the fabulous landscapes of Maui.

From Kahului Airport, northwest of Maui, you will board a luxurious and beautiful EcoStar H130 helicopter, equipped with large panoramic bays to fully enjoy the show.

Your pilot will take you on a 75-minute trip over the lush and unspoilt nature of Maui Island.
First you will follow the northern coast of Maui, with fantastic views of the huge cliffs plunging into the Pacific Ocean, along which superb waterfalls flow. You will pass through the areas of Paia, Hookipa, Haiku, before flying over Jaws, a famous surf spot.
From your helicopter, you will have breathtaking views of the Hana Road coastal road and the beautiful Jurassic Rock area.

Your pilot will then land in the heart of the Hawaiian rainforest on a former taro plantation in Wailua Valley.
For about half an hour, you can explore the area, which is full of incredible lush vegetation, including banana trees, coconut palms and many wildflowers, and surrounded by huge mountains from which huge waterfalls rise.
Your pilot will provide you with a lot of detailed information about this picturesque Hawaiian landscape, a land on which very few people have explored.

You will then board your helicopter to reach Kahului.

The total duration of the excursion is 75 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes to fly and 30 minutes to visit the rainforest on the ground.
